The following policy applies to digital products purchased from TalkinWithEmma.
7-Day Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date to request a refund.
You don’t need to write a long explanation or jump through a bunch of hoops. Just let us know which product you purchased and the email address you used for the purchase so we can locate your order.
After the 7-day refund period has passed, digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Digital Products
TalkinWithEmma digital products may include ebooks, workbooks, worksheets, spreadsheets, guides, templates, and other downloadable materials.
Because these products are delivered electronically, there is no physical product to return when requesting a refund.
Bundles
The same 7-day refund policy applies to bundles.
If you purchase a bundle and request a refund within the 7-day period, the refund applies to the entire bundle purchase. Individual products within a bundle cannot be returned or refunded separately.
Problems With Your Purchase
If you’re having trouble downloading or opening your purchase, receive the wrong file, or receive a file that appears damaged or unusable, please contact us.
We’ll be happy to help with the problem before you decide whether a refund is necessary.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us.
Once we verify the duplicate purchase, we’ll work with you to correct it. A verified duplicate purchase does not need to fall within the standard 7-day refund period.
